STEP 1: New clients fill out enrollment form

STEP 2: A team member will contact you within 24 hrs to go over pricing information, customization of services, and to confirm first scheduled visit.

STEP 3: Meet up with your new companion

Enrollment form is filled out once, after that you are officially a client and simply hit the "Returning Client" button for future appointments.
MEAL PREPARATION
Our caregivers assist with light cooking, ensuring that your loved ones have nutritious and delicious meals.
TRANSPORTATION TO APPOINTMENTS
We provide reliable transportation services to help the elderly make it to doctor, dentist, or any other essential activities.

PERSONAL CARE & GROOMING

How soon can I schedule an appointment?
An appointment can be scheduled a minimum of 24hrs in advanced through the 'New Member Enrollment', or 'Returning client' tab on the site.

What if I need to book a last minute/same day visit?
You can definitely contact Ann Companion by phone to request an emergency visit and we will do our best to make the proper arrangements.

Is recurring visits the only option?
No, you can schedule by PRN as the situation demands.
How soon can I cancel an appointment?
An appointment can be canceled a minimum of 24hrs before scheduled visit; you can text/call Ann Companion to do so.

What if I need to update Emergency Contact and/or Personal Information?
You can email updated information with the subject line "UPDATE PERSONAL INFO".

Can the same companion be assigned to me?
We will do our best to re-assign the same caregiver upon request.
